                          Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:• The program is open to all customers who have previously completed a project with Dream Home Finishers as well as all suppliers representatives. Referred customers must reside in the greater Portland-Vancouver area.  

2. Referral Reward: • Referrers will receive a reward, $100 visa gift card or $100 in El Gaucho gift cards, once the referred customer completes a project with Dream Home Finishers.  

3. Referral Process: • The referred customer must mention the referrer’s name when they first inquire about services. • Only one referral reward can be earned per new customer.  

4. Limitations: • Referrers cannot refer themselves. • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Program Changes: • Dream Home Finishers reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

• Any changes will be posted on the company’s website and apply to referrals submitted after the date of posting.  

6. Disqualification: • Referrals are void if the referred customer has already been in contact with Dream Home Finishers prior to the referral submission.

• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the program will result in disqualification from the referral program.  

7. Reward Delivery: • Referral rewards will be processed and delivered within 30 days of the completion of the referred customer’s project.

• Rewards will be issued as a gift card.  

8. Tax Reporting: • Any rewards that exceed a certain value (typically $600 in the U.S.) may require tax reporting. Referrers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards received.
